Just like any other form of advertising you can not get a refund if you feel it didn't work. Keep in mind if you buy a 100 signs, put them all over town and get no calls from them, can you go back to the sign company and ask for a refund? No, you can not. We're no different. The good thing about digital advertising is you will have a full set of analytics to help readjust your marketing efforts on the fly.
