Is this the same as digital display ad marketing?

It is digital display ad marketing and it works great for bandit signs.  Although we can run digital ads for any business we like to focus much of our attention on the wholesale real estate market. We're in wholesale investment real estate ourselves so we understand the needs of our colleagues and we're here to help with some sharp marketing at a great price.

Ad agencies charge thousands for this service...why are you so cost effective?

A general advertising agency price structure might look like this... a minimum of $2500 in ad spend plus 15-25% of that ad spend and a management fee of 25%.  This means a minimal agency campaign will run you around $3600 and can go as high a $10,000 per month!

We are a boutique agency focused on delivering advertising to small businesses who don't have the budgets for campaigns of that level.  Although we can develop and run campaigns for any business, we enjoy working in wholesale real estate.  We're wholesalers ourselves and found that even though we garnered successful leads from bandit signs, we hated the hassle and cost of printing and placement.  By using our experience in digital advertising, we discovered a better way.

What if I don't currently have a website or landing page to use for digital bandit signs?

When your potential sellers click on your digital bandit sign ads they need a website or landing page to be sent to. This landing page or website should contain information about your business and more importantly multiple ways to contact you.  Both a desktop and mobile versions are important because the majority of your traffic will come from mobile phones.

If you don't have a website or landing page for your business, we can provide one for you.  We have a templated landing page that will be custom formatted for your business and contains multiple ways for potential sellers to contact you.  These pages are tested and work great for your digital bandit sign campaigns.   These pages require a set up fee of $147 and are live as long as you are actively running a digital bandit sign campaign. Digital advertising is legal in all 50 states.  You literally see dozens of ads every time you look at any website or app on your smart phone, laptop, or desktop.  It's a highly effective way to get your message out to customers or in your case...potential sellers.

How long after my order will my digital bandit signs begin showing?

Accepted Answer

Different campaigns have different requirements, however we can usually have them set and delivering ads in a few days. All ad creatives need to go through an approval prior to running which takes approximately 24-48 hours.

How do I enter the retargeting pixel into my Carrot website?

Do you create my digital ads or do I have to supply the artwork?

We take care of everything.  Digital bandit signs have specific requirements to run on ad networks. We make sure everything is well within compliance and clean and clear.  We typically use the brightly colored bandit sign designs as they seem to get the best response, however we're happy to help you with your own design ideas as well.  We use ads that are 300 x 250 pixels as that is the standard size that displays on both desktops and mobile devices.

Do you have designs other than the standard yellow sign?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can design digital bandit signs with any artwork or message you'd like as long as they comply with ad network requirements.  However we seem to have the most success with the simple colored signs with your number.

Question 10

How long will my campaign run?

Accepted Answer

Our Digital Bandit Sign campaigns run 30 days, 60 days or 90 days.  Although we offer a 30 day campaign, longer campaigns tend to return better results as more eyeballs will see your ads.   Any campaigns that feature Identity Capture require a 90 day run due to amount of work required to set up and manage the capture system and return email funnels.

How many people are going to see my digital signs in 30 days?

In a 30 day run our system will deliver thousands if not 10's of thousands of impressions (your ad shown on a screen) which should relate to multiple clicks (potential sellers).  Every click goes straight to your website or landing page where these leads can learn more about you and your services...and contact you!  Your static sign just can't pull that off.

Question 12

Will I get reporting on my campaign?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  We provide detailed reports on all aspects of your campaign including period costs, key performance indicators, conversions, retargeting, impressions, and specific banner data.

Full reporting is provided monthly, snapshot reports are provided weekly.

Question 13

How do I pay for my campaigns?

Accepted Answer

Because we have to assign funds to your traffic account we require full monthly payment prior to creating and running your digital sign campaign. Please make sure to fill out the form on the "Order Info" page so we can properly set up your campaign. Once you submit that form, you'll be taken directly to the "Plans & Pricing" page where you can choose the plan that works best and submit payment.

Question 14

Are there any specific regulations I need to worry about?

Accepted Answer

No. All of our ads are approved prior to upload to the networks.  Everything we do is in full compliance with all online digital advertising regulations.

Question 15

Can I make changes in the middle of a run?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you need to make a change to your digital bandit sign cmapiagn or add new designs  we can do that before the run is complete.  No problem.

Question 16

I'm not seeing my digital signs on my own computer, what gives?

Accepted Answer

If you don't happen to see your digital bandit sign on your own screen, don't worry.  Your ads are running and each impression and click is getting tracked in our system to be reported to you.  Keep in mind if you're located in the targeted area you will most likely see one of your digital bandit signs before too long.  If you're not in the specific targeted area you will not see them.

Do you guys do campaigns outside of the real estate space?

Accepted Answer

Although we are able to run digital display ads in any business category, we like to focus on the wholesale real estate market.  However, we can run digital advertising for any business, event, or cause.

Question 18

I'd like to run campaigns continuously in my market. Can I just set up auto-pay?

Accepted Answer

We generally run our campaigns for 30, 90, or 180 days, however if you'd like to do something longer we can make arrangements.  Like all advertising, consistency is the key to successful leads.  One month of advertising will not usually produce adequate results.  We recommend at least a 90 day run to effectively reach a targeted location.

Question 19

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Just like any other form of advertising you can not get a refund if you feel it didn't work.  Keep in mind if you buy a 100 signs, put them all over town and get no calls from them, can you go back to the sign company and ask for a refund? No, you can not. We're no different.

The good thing about digital advertising is you will have a full set of analytics to help readjust your marketing efforts on the fly.  If you are absolutely unhappy with your campaign, you can cancel at any 30 day interval.   Just let us know, we're happy to work with you.
